The short version

Frelko is a free learning app. We don't require an account to use the app. We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We collect the minimum data needed to make the app work.

What we collect

• Device identifier: A random ID stored on your device to sync your progress. This is not linked to your identity.
• Learning progress: Which lessons you've completed, your streak, and XP — stored locally and optionally synced via iCloud.
• Push notification token: Only if you opt in to daily question notifications.

What we don't collect

• No name, email, or personal information
• No location data
• No browsing history
• No advertising identifiers

Analytics

Our website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal data. No cookie banner needed.

Data storage

Your learning data is stored locally on your device and synced via Apple iCloud (CloudKit). We don't have access to your iCloud data. Content data is stored securely on Apple's infrastructure.
